N'achetez pas the natural beauty box  !!!!

J'ai commandé une boite le 5 juillet dernier.  Le paiement à été pris à cette date.

J'ai envoyer des email et envoyer des messages sur le site web et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse de leur part ni le colis...

Sur paypal j'ai donc signalé le litige le 1er aout.

Le message que j'ai envoyer via paypal est le suivant:

Hi,I have send you 2 email and 1 message on your website. You have never answer. You have never send a tracking code for the package. I have never received the package.So I want my money back or received my stuff the next week with a tracking code without paid for the extra fees.Thanks

La réponse qu'ils m'ont fait est:

Hi there,As we just got the samples in this week the boxes are going to be shipping very shortly. Please do cancel this dispute and we'll ship your box, otherwise we won't be able to. Thanks so much for your patience and sorry for the delay!

Donc je leur ai répondu ceci:

Hi! thanks for your answer! If you plan to have your stuff and send the package a month after a paiement, maybe you should send email to the people who buy stuff to you... This would avoid situations like this!!!And if I cancel this dispute and you choose to never send me the box, I will loose my money and the chance to be pay back... You understand? So I propose to wait and when I will received the package, I will come to close this dispute immediately.This is okay for you? thanks a lot! Have a nice day!

Et puisque que je n'ai toujours pas reçu le colis ni de réponse de leur part, je viens de transformer le litige en réclamation pour être rembourser.

Donc éviter de commander à cette place pour vous évitez bien des problèmes.

En fouillant sur google j'ai trouver quelques blog anglophones ou les filles ont eu le même problème que moi donc...  faites attention!
